Frequently asked questions at this stage
Do I need a Decision Package first?
No. The Decision Package is for people still working out whether Spain is possible. If you already know you can move, you can start here. If you did complete the Decision Package, your immigration, tax, and healthcare consultations are credited toward the Self-Led Relocation, so you never pay twice.
What if I already have my visa?
That is common, and it is fine. The plan is built around where you actually are. If the paperwork is done, we focus your time and budget on the parts still ahead: your home, schools, the move itself, and settling in. Nothing you have already handled is charged for again.
What’s the difference between the two plans?
The Self-Guided Relocation (€675) gives you the expert consultations, the tools, and a coach-led plan to run the move yourself. The Guided Custom Relocation is fully managed: a relocation coach coordinates every partner and every stage for you, and it is priced to your specific move. Self-Guided is a fixed price; Guided is a custom quote because no two managed moves are the same.
Can I start Self-Led and upgrade to fully guided later?
Yes. Plenty of people begin self-guided, then decide they would rather hand over a specific piece, or the whole thing. You can add hands-on services whenever you are ready, and if you move up to the fully guided service, what you have already paid is taken into account.
Do your plans include the visa and other specialist fees?
The two plans work differently. The Self-Led Relocation covers consultations, coaching, tools, and membership; any specialist services you choose to add, such as a full visa service or a rental search, are separate and optional, so you only pay for what you take. The Guided Custom Relocation is the opposite: your quote is a single all-in price that already includes the specialist costs your move needs.
We are moving as a family. Can you help with schools?
Yes. Schools are part of the home decision for most families, and often decide the town. We help you shortlist schools, understand the options, and choose an area around the places that will take your children. School search is included in the planning for the guided service and available to add to the self-guided plan.
