Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use a product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, the affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in and is bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Registration request at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us if we reject your Affiliate Program Registration request.

2. Affiliate Links

We automatically generate a unique affiliate link for each affiliate. You can find this link on your Affiliate Dashboard.
If someone clicks another affiliate’s referral link and later clicks yours and buys a product or service, you will receive the commission.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote https://movingtospain.com using paid advertising.

3. Commissions and payment

When a customer purchases a product or service on https://movingtospain.com using the affiliate link, the affiliate earns a commission that can be found on this page
Note that some services are not eligible for commissions. The services and products eligible for the commissions are listed under the Commissions tab in the Affiliate Resource Center, which is provided to affiliates upon registration.
Exceptions to the above commissions must be agreed in writing between the merchant and affiliate.
We will make payments only for successfully completed transactions. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy, which gives merchants the right to review every referral order.
The commission status will be displayed in your Dashboard. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Coupon Codes

4.1. Affiliates will receive an exclusive coupon code if they request one, entitling their audience to a discount on specific services and products on the domain https://movingtospain.com.

4.2 Coupon codes are valid only for services and products purchased directly through our website. These codes cannot be applied to services booked directly with third-party providers, such as immigration lawyers or tax consultants.

4.3 Coupon codes are only valid for specific services and products and do not apply to all offerings on our website. The services and products eligible for the coupon code discount are listed under the Commissions tab in the Affiliate Resource Center, which is provided to affiliates upon registration.

5. Marketing tools

We may send you promotional media through email or our affiliate platform, such as banners, logos, or specific collection promotions.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to track people who click your link, so they must have cookies enabled for us to track them.

If a person doesn’t allow cookies or clears them, we can’t track them and therefore cannot pay earnings for that person’s activity.

The cookie duration is 365 Days. Tracking begins when a customer clicks the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. During the cookie period of 365 Days, any order made by this customer on the merchant’s website will automatically generate commissions for the affiliate, even if the customer does not click the affiliate link again.

7. Free products and content

We do not have an official assignment of a free item you are entitled to with this collaboration. The merchant can determine this based on the affiliate’s request, content plan, and ROI.

By accepting this agreement, you must create content incorporating the free product within two weeks of receiving it.

8. Content Usage Rights

As part of our ongoing efforts to boost the visibility and success of our affiliates, we may promote the content created by our affiliates about our products and services.

We may mention the affiliates’ content on our website, include it in paid advertisements and email marketing, and use it in our social media campaigns.

This approach helps us create a cohesive brand image and amplifies your visibility as an affiliate, potentially increasing your referral success. We appreciate your effort and creativity in generating content, and we’re excited to showcase your work across multiple platforms to support our mutual success.

9. Removal from the Affiliate Program

If an affiliate wishes to leave the Program, they can do so by contacting us at affiliates@movingtospain.com.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership to the Moving to Spain Affiliate Program at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for terminating your Affiliate Program membership.
